Dear, daddy
Wherever this message finds you, I hope you are doing well. Every day that passes, I always wonder where you are, and what you are doing. I imagine that you are probably traveling the world or relaxing back at home. I have so many questions for you, but I know that one day you will be able to answer them. I know that one day we will be able to share the memories that we made along the way. The memories that you were there for and the ones that you weren’t. But that is okay because I know that one day I will be able to make even more memories with you. Leaving is an inevitable part of life that everybody that has ever exist has had to deal with. Although we may not like it, we cannot stop it from happening. Some people’s time comes sooner than others, but there will also be a time that everyone will be back together again. You are my second dad, and you leaving for such a long time really pains me. I think of this as a trip because I know that one day we will meet again. That day may be decades away or even days, but I know the one thing that is certain, is that I will be waiting. I just wish that one day I will be able to achieve what you have, done what you have done, but most of all, being able to be just like you. You are the most intelligent man that I have met and I do not know where you got all of your knowledge from, but I hope I do in the future so I can be as great as you are. I don’t know how life will be without you, but I ask you to be my guide, help me be the man that you are. Even though you had left sooner than I hoped, I know that one day we will be able to do all the things that we couldn’t do, together. No matter what happens, you will be in my heart forever. Iam Rajani Kant Garg from Noida. I will always remember Mr Bhatnagar as my elder brother. He always used to share his feelings with me. We were very close when I was heading Bank of Baroda branch at vasundhara enclave New Delhi where he was residing. I used to meet him whenever he visited India.

Dad- definitive, affectionate, determined. That’s how I would describe Daddy. Words are not enough to express my feelings. All I have to say is now I have 2 angels in the heaven watching over us, my two real heroes, one who’s my father and the other one who’s more than my father. One who taught me how to walk and the one who taught me how to walk in this ‘real’ world.

Good byes are for the people who you might not see again, for me it’s not a good bye. Till we meet again, take good care of yourself wherever you are and I know you will always be there for us not physically but in our hearts now. I was deeply saddened to hear about the sudden demise of beloved Mausaji. Though my meeting with him was brief, I met him last year in June 2023. I truly hold the cherished moment we shared. His warmth and kindness during our meeting left a lasting impression on me. I remember vividly the stories he shared about his experiences living in Rajkot, and his Bank of Baroda's dealing with localities from Kandla port, India. He has many beautiful tales to share, and his tales truly showcase a vivid picture of a life rich with culture, traditions, and a vibrant community. While he may no longer be with us physically, the memories and stories he leaves behind will forever be cherished. Our sincerest condolences and prayers to you and your Family during this loss.

Losing the person who has shaped me the most feels surreal. My grandfather has been my guiding light, molding me into who I am today. Every fiber of my being carries a piece of his wisdom and love. One cherished memory stands out: learning to drive under his watchful eye, his meticulous nature pushing me to excel. He saw my potential and pushed me beyond my limits. His vast knowledge on virtually every topic helped me understand any topic, he was an amazing teacher. Without him, I wouldn't be half the person I am. Though he's no longer here to witness my journey, I feel his presence, guiding me towards greatness.

Dear Pradeep Jijaji , Gulle Didi, Mona , Kaku and Ashu and family.....
myself Tikku , Sauroo our Dad and Mom along with you all used to have a great time together in Banbasa, Haldwani , Jim Corbett...... Camp fires awesome yummy foods.... Partying almost every month or so.... Jijaji used to have a roundish car and we used to have a rampyari.... And that's all.... Just party fun jokes foods..... And then in Mumbai we used to go to Gulle Didi's house in Borivali and my wife Pragya used to tell her in advance what to cook... And again we used to party..... And so on.. Then I remember teaching Mona when I stayed in Haldwani for some long duration.... We used to go out for food.... I used to study in Nainital... Faint yet lovely memories..... I remember we went to Bijnaur to see Jijaji's ancestral Home.....
We miss you Jijaji.... We believe you are now @ your HOME..... Love you all... Wish we were together...... 🙏🙏🌹रा-धा-स्व-आ-मी🌹🙏🙏

Nana was a bright and open minded, cheerful, resilient man. He taught me many valuable lessons, and I will always remember them. I remember when Shamik was born he came to Australia, and every morning and evening he would walk and I would often join him. On our walks together he would often pass on valuable knowledge to me. He had a keen interest for art, in my more recent visits we appreciated art and painting together. Almost a week before Nana passed, he still communicated with me, sending me reels of a dancing cat- he always had a good sense of humour. Nana would always encourage me to take initiative of doing things, and to always remain strong and be responsible. Much of the time I spent with Nana throughout my childhood has shaped who I am today. He will forever stand as a much loved and valued role model, he has contributed so many things to our family. Our memories of him are forever standing, may he rest in peace forever.

Pradeep and I were batchmates in Bank of Baroda and neighbors when posted in Lucknow. Pradeep and I had a telephonic conversation about a week ago. He talked of visiting India for disposing off some property and visiting Ayodhya.

The news of his demise leaves me stunned. May the Lord provide the departed soul refuge in His lotus feet, and grant succour to the family.

You were the strictest on me, making sure I was always doing the most I could do and I know it was because you could see me go far, you saw my potential and pushed me. Your dreams is something I for sure will make a reality, because I know how much you would want me to become the best person I could be. You were the wisest man I have ever met, the one person who sat down with me and we would talk about endless things. I would learn about so many things and you always had a new story up your sleeve. Pradeep Kumar Bhatnagar was my beloved grandfather. He was a man of many great things, my grandfather has been a big influence in my life because he was my role model. My grandfather and I shared many great memories such as the countless times he has been with me through good and bad. If I had any questions or needs he was the man I could go to. In my eyes, he is the strongest and smartest man I have ever met. He was the fire and I was the candle, but just because the fire is gone doesn’t mean the candle still can’t stay lit. My favorite moments with my grandfather would be when he used to pick me up from school, every day he would always have some sort of gift waiting for me. He did so much for me and I don’t know how I could ever repay him for all the love and affection he showed me. There are so many things that he did for me the even words couldn’t describe. I just hope that one day I can be like he was. My grandfather was and still will be one of the most important people in my life. It is hard to believe that the man who guided me through life and taught me many great things is gone. He will forever hold a special spot in my heart. May he rest in peace and be forever loved. Dear Ashu bete my thoughts and emotions are with you. Dear Bhatnagar saheb was our very dear friend and we were together at Pantnagar from 68 to 71, during our graduation. We kept in touch later also while he was working in the top management position in the Bank and later after his retirement. We were also in touch when his health suffered in the later part. During his last visit to India, I could not meet him in person and I feel very sad for this lost opportunity. May his soul rest in peace at the pious feet of Allmighty and He give you all the courage to bear this loss. Please do not hesitate to approach me, while I living my retired life of scientist at my humble dwellings at farm and lab at Kichha(near Pantnagar), in Uttarakhand. If possible please visit us bete.
